This article discusses the dynamics of indicators of some clinical signs in patients with ischemic stroke, depending on the presence of Covid-19 in history during treatment. In this situation, conducting an in-depth analysis of the dynamics of cerebral blood flow in correlation with these clinical, neuro-immunological parameters, neuroimaging, establishing the significance of the hemodynamic reserve, which reflects the functional capabilities of the brain's blood circulation, in patients with stroke who underwent COVID-19, is of great practical importance.
