Abstract

In this article, coastal areas are the most important and intensively used areas of human habitation. Recently, due to urbanization and population growth, coastal control has become increasingly difficult. It seems to be the main factor for the preservation of coastal areas and maintaining a favorable ecological situation. Despite the strengthening of regulatory and legal documents in the field of coastal zone use, their monitoring remains a major problem worldwide. Unbalanced urban construction, local construction damage the environment and destroy water resources.
