LEGAL AND ETHICAL ASPECTS OF TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION OF DRUG-ADDICTED ADOLESCENTS

The article discusses key legal and ethical issues related to the treatment and rehabilitation of adolescents suffering from drug addiction. The authors analyze the existing regulatory framework governing the treatment and rehabilitation of drug-addicted minors, as well as identify ethical dilemmas that arise when working with this category of patients. Special attention is paid to issues of confidentiality, consent to treatment, and interaction with parents or guardians. The article also discusses various methods and approaches to the treatment of drug addiction in adolescents, taking into account legal and ethical principles, including the use of psychotherapy, medication and social support. In general, the article provides an overview of modern approaches to solving complex problems related to drug addiction among adolescents, taking into account legislation and ethical standards.
