THE ROLE OF PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE FORMATION OF INTUITIVE KNOWLEDGE IN EMPLOYEES

Abstract

This article reveals the role of pedagogical technologies in forming the intuitive knowledge of internal affairs officers. Also, as one of the main principles of the development of the education system of the internal affairs system in our country, special attention was paid to the training of internal affairs officers with intuitive knowledge and their material and moral stimulation. In order to improve the educational system of the internal affairs system of our republic, in the conditions of wide implementation of the information environment, opportunities were created to develop the stable interest of employees in research activities based on the intuitive approach, relying on advanced foreign experiences, and intuitiveness and innovative thinking were recognized as important indicators.
