THE CONCEPT AND LEGAL IMPORTANCE OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN THE PROVISION OF TOURIST SERVICES

This scientific article is devoted to the study of the concept and legal significance of entrepreneurial activity in the field of tourism in Uzbekistan. The article analyzes the regulations governing tourism activities in the country, and also determines the legal status of entrepreneurs engaged in the provision of tourism services. The author of the article draws attention to the need to comply with the law when carrying out business activities in the tourism sector. It is recommended to pay special attention to the requirements for the quality of services, the safety of tourists and respect for consumer rights. The authors also note the importance of legislation that regulates virtual entrepreneurship involved in tourism activities. In conclusion, it is emphasized that entrepreneurial activity in the field of tourism plays an important role in the economy of Uzbekistan. However, the successful implementation of such activities is possible only if the legislation is observed and the requirements for the quality of services and the safety of tourists are taken into account.
