REVIEW OF THE INTERNATIONAL LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR BILATERAL ECONOMIC COOPERATION AGAINST THE BACKDROP OF THE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN CHINA AND UZBEKISTAN

The article examines the international legal characteristics of bilateral trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and China in the context of the formation and development of contractual and legal relations in all sectors of mutually beneficial Uzbek-Chinese cooperation. The main paths of trade and economic relations at the present stage and in the near future are considered, taking into account the currently existing contractual and legal documents regulating bilateral cooperation between Uzbekistan and China.
