This article is dedicated to the study of the international legal experience in the legal regulation of crypto-assets. The aim of the research is to analyze and compare legal approaches to the regulation of crypto-assets in various countries and international organizations. To achieve this goal, legislative acts, international agreements, scientific publications, and practical examples were examined. The research findings identified common trends, differences, and challenges in the legal regulation of crypto-assets at the international level. This study is significant as it provides recommendations for improving the legal regulation of crypto-assets and promotes the development of international cooperation in this field.
