Abstract

The article studies the institution, types and mechanisms of compensation for damage caused to employees based on the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The research work analyzes various forms of damage caused to employees, which is one of the most important components of labor law, the norms of labor law related to them and methods of effective compensation for them. Also, the legal relations between employers and employees, legal issues arising in the field of compensation for employee damage and methods of resolving them are considered in detail.
