This article analyzes the scientific-theoretical foundations of the implementation processes of the “New Uzbekistan” concept in recent years and the distinctive features of the transformation of spiritual and ideological processes taking place within this framework. The study also explores how the principles of “New Uzbekistan” such as human dignity, a just society, and the transition from national revival to national progress—are reflected in real life.
