Abstract

this article analyzes the role of artificial intelligence in resolving contractual disputes, the problems of applying artificial intelligence in resolving contractual disputes, the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in resolving contractual disputes in developed foreign countries, and the prospects for improving legislation on the application of artificial intelligence to contractual relations.
