
PROVISION OF PRIVILEGED SERVICES THROUGH THE “SOCIAL CARD” SYSTEM IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

The article discusses the content of the social card system, the preferential services provided to the population, and the implementation of this system in Uzbekistan. It also analyzes the practical significance of the social card, existing problems, and ways to improve it based on international experience. The role of the system in ensuring social justice and equality is examined through the theories of Max Weber and Amartya Sen.
