Islamic law includes a set of legal norms aimed at ensuring justice in society, protecting vulnerable strata and maintaining social stability. This article covers the system of social protection and its objectives in Islamic law, the basic principles of social protection and its role in Islamic law. Also, the influence of Islamic law on the system of social protection was considered in terms of modern social problems.
