CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS (UZBEKISTAN AND KAZAKHSTAN)

The conclusion of construction contracts and proper implementation of legislation in this area have a significant impact on the economic development of the country and the well-being of the population. The article analyzes the legal basis of a construction contract, problems arising in the implementation of contractual relations in construction, and ways to solve them.
