This article analyzes the current state of the emergency environmental management system in the Republic of Uzbekistan and identifies key challenges in this field. The study examines the legal framework, interagency cooperation, effectiveness of monitoring, and information systems. Based on international best practices, recommendations were developed for improving the national system. The research results provide scientific and practical conclusions aimed at strengthening state policy in ensuring environmental security.
