This article highlights youth policy and their role in the social, economic, political, and cultural life of the world and Uzbekistan using the example of the Zarafshan oasis regions, as well as current problems in youth life and alternative solutions offered by youth organizations in solving these problems. The Samarkand, Bukhara and Navoi regions are compared in the implementation of complex tasks related to the implementation of youth policy.
