This article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the factors that led to the rise of the modern Chinese state. It reveals that the May Fourth Movement, which triggered the renaissance of modern China, and the reforms that began in 1978 ushered in a new era in Chinese history, an era of tremendous economic growth, scientific and technological progress, and social change. It also examines how education, digital culture, and the country's discipline and hard work were the main drivers of economic and political rise.
