LEGAL ANALYSIS AND QUALIFICATION ISSUES OF DOMESTIC CRIMES

This article analyzes the legal aspects and qualification issues of domestic violence crimes based on Article 126¹ of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author focuses on the objective and subjective elements of the crime, practical challenges, and suggestions for improving judicial practice under this provision.
