TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF MIGRATION LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN: ISSUES OF STABILITY AND HARMONIZATION
Sergey Rasilov ,Abstract
The article examines the stages of development of migration legislation in Uzbekistan and identifies its fragmentation and instability. The novelty lies in a comparative analysis of Uzbekistan’s experience with post-Soviet states and the European Union. The results show that stability is achieved through codification, institutionalization, and harmonization with international standards. The study concludes that a comparative perspective is essential for improving the coherence and predictability of Uzbekistan’s migration law.
