THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES IN RESOLVING CASES RELATED TO ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS

The article analyzes the constitutional guarantees of judicial protection of rights and freedoms in the Republic of Uzbekistan and demonstrates the significance of the institution of jurisdictional allocation in administrative proceedings. Using the experiences of Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Germany it comparatively examines the scope of cases falling within administrative courts’ jurisdiction, dispute-resolution procedures, and the effectiveness of judicial review. The study explores issues in delineating jurisdiction between administrative and civil cases and controversies within the realm of public-law disputes.
It proposes recommendations to remedy certain gaps in national legislation and to improve the performance of administrative courts. Drawing on foreign practice, the article highlights current priorities for expanding judicial review in Uzbekistan, ensuring effective protection of citizens’ rights and legitimate interests, and promoting legality and transparency in public administration.
