MODERN METHODS OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE FUTURE

This article analyzes the essence of the concept of scientific foresight, its place in science and practice, as well as the scientific and practical aspects of scientific knowledge of the future. The theoretical foundations, advantages, and limitations of using mathematical methods, extrapolation, historical analogy, modeling, the expert method, and future scenarios as forecasting methods are highlighted. The research aims to enhance the ability to predict complex social processes in society, make strategic decisions, and manage innovative development processes.
