THE USE OF PROVOCATIVE QUESTIONS AND THE DISSEMINATION OF FALSE INFORMATION IN THE DISCREDITING OF CIVIL SERVANTS

Abstract

This article examines the culture and strategic approaches of civil servants in responding to inconvenient and provocative questions during interactions with the mass media. Drawing on international experience, the study explores various tactical models of handling provocative inquiries. Furthermore, the legal foundations of media cooperation and information disclosure within the framework of the legislation of Uzbekistan are analyzed.
