SURKHANDARYA PRESS: DAILY LIFE OF THE POPULATION, SOCIAL INITIATIVES, AND THE ACTIVITIES OF WRITERS

This article analyzes how information related to the social and everyday life of the population in the Surkhandarya region is presented in the periodical press, as well as the contribution of writers and journalists to this process. The study examines methods of covering social issues in local newspapers and magazines such as “Surxon Tongi,” “Termiz Ovozi,” “Denov Sadosi,” “Boysun Hayoti,” “Sho‘rchi Hayoti,” and others. Additionally, the article explores the role of regional writers and journalists in highlighting social problems, shaping public awareness, and promoting everyday social issues.
