THE EMERGENCE OF SOCIAL RIGHTS AND THE STAGES OF THEIR HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT

This article analyzes the historical formation of social rights along with their philosophical, legal, and political foundations. It highlights the stages of development—from ancient times to the modern international legal system—examining key ideological sources and the process of institutionalizing social rights through national and international documents.
