The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal aspects of international agreements governing the operation of transport corridors in the context of globalization and the growth of international trade. The study examines key principles of international legal regulation, including freedom of transit, unification of technical standards, customs facilitation, and institutional mechanisms for cooperation between states. Special attention is given to the issues of digitalization of logistics processes, harmonization of regulatory requirements, and the role of agreements in ensuring the safety and efficiency of international transport. The analysis shows that international agreements serve as the foundation for the development of sustainable transport systems and contribute to economic integration, as well as enhancing the competitiveness of countries involved in the development of transport corridors.
