COMPARISON OF INTERNATIONAL CYBEREATH STANDARDS AND UZBEKISTAN'S EXPERIENCE
Abrorkhon Ochilov ,Abstract
In the context of modern globalization and digital transformation, cybersecurity and cyberethics have gained significant importance at both global and national levels. International organizations such as the UN, UNESCO, and the European Union have developed cyberethics codes and normative documents that define essential principles such as cybersecurity, information freedom, and personal privacy. This article explores how Uzbekistan's digital policies and ethical principles respond to global standards, as well as the changes occurring based on national cultural and social characteristics, and the practical significance of international cyberethics codes. The article aims to analyze the alignment of Uzbekistan's cybersecurity policies with international principles and to propose necessary recommendations for further developing cybersecurity in the future.
