QUALIFIED PERSONNEL — THE INTELLECTUAL POWER OF GREEN DEVELOPMENT
Gulnora Gulomovna Jamalova , Samir Kasimov ,Abstract
The article examines the role of qualified personnel as the intellectual driving force behind green development. It emphasizes that the transition to a sustainable economy is impossible without a system of training professionals equipped with ecological thinking, digital skills, and innovative technologies. The author analyzes state and international initiatives in “green education” and professional retraining and highlights successful models of integrating sustainability principles into the educational process. Special attention is paid to Uzbekistan’s experience, where programs are implemented for training specialists in renewable energy, ecotourism, and environmental management. The study substantiates the need to create an intellectual ecosystem fostering human capital as the main driver of the green economy.
