FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE STATE MECHANISM OF NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article discusses the features of the functional capabilities of the new Uzbekistan state mechanism. In recent years, deep reforms have been carried out in the system of public administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main goal of these reforms is to make the state mechanism more effective, transparent, and human-centered. The state mechanism of New Uzbekistan not only includes modern management principles, but also serves to form the country as a competitive state in the international arena at a new stage of development.
