This article examines the ongoing reforms in the education system of New Uzbekistan, with special attention to the modernization of vocational education, the improvement of continuous learning, and the enhancement of workforce training quality. It analyzes the socio-economic significance of vocational education, its role in shaping an innovative economy, and its integration with labor market demands. The study also highlights the importance of developing national identity and intellectual capacity through education. Furthermore, the indispensable role of philosophy in forming broad-minded, socially responsible, and intellectually mature specialists is substantiated. The article emphasizes a synergistic approach to developing an effective educational strategy based on the harmony of national values and global scientific advancement.
