LEGAL CULTURE AS A FACTOR OF SOCIETAL DEVELOPMENT

The article analyzes the pedagogical and practical foundations of developing legal culture and increasing legal literacy among youth. It examines recent reforms in the legal education system of Uzbekistan, introduced through presidential decrees and national concepts. Practical outcomes of these reforms, particularly through the collaboration between Namangan State University and secondary schools, are evaluated. The study highlights mechanisms for fostering respect for law, a sense of duty, and legal immunity among students.
