This article analyzes the philosophical content of the concepts of norm and social deviation in the process of youth socialization, as well as their role in the development of society. It is known that social norms are interpreted as an important factor in shaping the behavior, values, and social identity of a young individual. From this perspective, states of deviation are examined philosophically as manifestations of imbalance in the socialization process and as expressions of contradictions between the individual and society. The article reveals the dialectical relationship between norm and deviation, their interconnection, and their impact on the social experience of youth, and also philosophically analyzes the influence of globalization, information technologies, and the transformation of values on youth socialization in contemporary socio-cultural conditions.
