SPECIALIZED TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND FORMATION OF JUDGES — A REQUIREMENT OF THE TIME AND A PRIORITY OF STATE POLICY

Abstract

This article examines the role of specialized training, education, and professional development of judges in ensuring modern public administration and the rule of law. It provides a scholarly analysis showing that judicial activity requires a high level of responsibility, and that the professional competence of judges is a decisive factor in establishing justice within society. The article emphasizes that enhancing the qualifications of judges is a priority direction of state policy, explores reforms aimed at improving the quality of personnel in the judicial and legal system, and highlights the importance of specialized educational institutions in this process. Based on international experience, the adaptability of contemporary models of judicial training and their significance in protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens are also analyzed.
