This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the effective ways, key factors, and practical tools for promoting the spiritual well-being of youth within the mahalla environment. It highlights the social and educational functions of the mahalla institution, the role of spiritual and educational activities in shaping the worldview of young people, and the importance of cooperation among the family, mahalla, and educational institutions. The study also examines the legal foundations, state programs, and normative documents aimed at ensuring the spiritual upbringing and well-being of youth. Furthermore, the article presents scholarly recommendations for improving the effectiveness of spiritual and preventive activities carried out in mahallas.
