This article provides an in-depth analysis of the stages of the legislative process within the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis (Parliament), including their organizational and legal foundations, and practical effectiveness. Systemic issues encountered during the process of considering draft laws are identified and illuminated. Furthermore, the experience of foreign countries is studied, and scientific-theoretical and practical proposals aimed at the further improvement of parliamentary law-making are put forward.
