MODERN MECHANISMS FOR ENSURING INFORMATION SECURITY IN SHAPING MEDIA CULTURE AMONG YOUTH

This article examines how digital technologies fundamentally transform citizens’ perceptions of participation in politics and their ability to influence political decision-making. It analyzes how digitalization contributes to optimizing human resources and enables new forms of political participation. The study also explores issues related to informatization and modern information tools, which, alongside their positive impact on economic and political spheres, the introduction of advanced technologies, and the growth of society’s intellectual potential, intensify competition for the information space and further expand opportunities for information and psychological influence on individuals.
