This article discusses the creation of a law enforcement system to prevent crime in the Kashkadarya region (the situation after 1924). The author, relying on historical data and existing scientific literature, studied and analyzed the specific aspects of the creation of a law enforcement system to prevent crime in the Kashkadarya region.
