STATE POLICY AND CIVIL SOCIETY: MECHANISMS OF SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP

The present article examines the system of interaction between public policy and civil society institutions within the context of contemporary political and legal development. The author conducts a multi-dimensional analysis of the conceptual and regulatory foundations of social partnership, revealing its role as a tool of democratic governance that ensures the alignment of the interests of the state, society, and the non-governmental sector. Special attention is given to the institutional evolution of citizen participation mechanisms in public administration, as well as the growing role of non-governmental organizations, mass media, and business structures in the public sphere.
