LEGAL BASIS OF RELATIONS BETWEEN EMPLOYER, EMPLOYEE AND TRADE UNION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LABOR LEGISLATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the legal relations between the employer, employee and trade union within the framework of labor legislation in Uzbekistan. The main objective of the study is to identify the normative foundations of the interaction between these three parties and assess their practical significance. The study used the methods of logical analysis, normative-legal comparison, systematic approach and legal interpretation. The results showed that the Labor Code and related documents, while protecting the interests of the employee, seek to preserve the organizational freedom of the employer. Trade unions also appear as an important tool in preventing labor disputes through the mechanism of social partnership. In the process of studying, it was revealed that there are practical problems in the application of some norms. In conclusion, the need to harmonize legal mechanisms and strengthen the participation of trade unions for the sustainable development of labor relations was substantiated. Therefore, consistent application of laws, raising legal awareness, expanding open dialogue between the parties, and improving the quality of collective agreements will serve to strengthen justice and trust in labor relations, ensure long-term stability, and create conditions for balanced development in the labor market, and significantly increase practical efficiency by harmonizing national legislation with modern requirements
