QATAR’S MODERN FOREIGN POLICY STRATEGY IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBAL CHANGES

This article analyzes the foreign policy strategy of small states, particularly Qatar, in the contemporary international relations system. Qatar's experience demonstrates the effective use of diplomatic flexibility, mediation, economic influence, and soft power instruments. The article examines Qatar's role in the regional and global political arena, strategic alliances, mediation initiatives, and the use of energy and economic resources. The article also analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of Qatar's foreign policy, regional competition, and geopolitical constraints.
