This article examines the problem of the construction of social meaning through a comparative philosophical analysis of Ludwig Wittgenstein’s philosophy of language and the spiritual-epistemological framework of Eastern Peripatetic philosophy. The study explores Wittgenstein’s concepts of “language games,” “forms of life,” and the socially embedded nature of meaning, juxtaposing them with the views of Eastern Peripatetic thinkers such as al-Farabi, Ibn Sina (Avicenna), and Ibn Rushd regarding spiritual knowledge, intellect, and moral perfection. The article argues that social meaning should be understood not merely as a linguistic phenomenon, but as a form of spiritual and intellectual practice shaped by ethical and communal contexts. The findings reveal a conceptual convergence between Western and Eastern philosophical traditions in interpreting meaning as a socially and spiritually constructed reality. The research contributes to contemporary philosophical discourse by offering an interdisciplinary and cross-cultural perspective relevant to philosophy, cultural studies, and the social sciences.
