The article examines the role of ethical and cultural approaches in enhancing the legal awareness of women in contemporary society. It highlights how the formation of legal literacy among women is closely connected with moral values, cultural traditions, and social norms that shape responsible behavior and civic consciousness. The study analyzes national and international frameworks aimed at protecting women’s rights, strengthening their social participation, and ensuring equal opportunities. Moreover, the article emphasizes the importance of integrating moral-ethical education, culturally sensitive communication, and value-based educational strategies into legal empowerment initiatives. The findings demonstrate that strengthening women’s legal knowledge not only contributes to the protection of their individual rights but also promotes social stability, gender equality, and sustainable development within the community.
