TRANSITION PROCESSES OF THE ECONOMY OF KARAKALPAKSTAN TO A MARKET ECONOMY DURING THE YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE

The article analyzes the market reforms implemented in the economy of the Republic of Karakalpakstan during the years of independence. Particular attention is paid to the gradual transition to a market economy, privatization processes, and the formation of market infrastructure. The outcomes of economic reforms are assessed, and conclusions are drawn regarding existing challenges and unresolved issues.
