TRENDS IN STRENGTHENING INTERSTATE DIALOGUE AND THE ROLE OF DIPLOMATIC INSTRUMENTS IN CENTRAL ASIA

This article analyzes geopolitical changes in the Central Asian region, new institutional forms of interstate dialogue, and the role of diplomatic instruments in ensuring regional stability. The study highlights current trends in regional integration processes, transport and logistics diplomacy, water and energy cooperation, as well as the development of dialogue with external actors within the “C5+” format.
