This article analyzes the legal foundations and regulatory mechanisms of the culture of using Internet information resources in the context of New Uzbekistan. It is well known that in the process of digital transformation, the expansion of the information space, along with ensuring citizens’ rights to receive, disseminate, and use information, also creates the need to enhance their legal awareness and responsibility. Taking the above into account, the article provides a legal analysis of issues such as preventing offenses in the Internet space, ensuring cybersecurity, protecting personal data, and improving the culture of information security.
