THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF MEDIA DIPLOMACY IN UZBEKISTAN–USA RELATIONS: AN ANALYSIS IN THE CONTEXT OF PUBLIC DIPLOMACY

This article analyzes the significance of media diplomacy in the information age and its role within the system of public diplomacy. Particular attention is paid to the development of media cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States. The study examines the activities of mass media, journalists, bloggers, and diaspora representatives as important actors in strengthening people-to-people relations between the two countries. The article also highlights the role of international media platforms, online publications, and social networks in the exchange of information between the two states.
