THE LEGAL BASES OF CONCLUDING, AMENDING AND TERMINATING EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS OF PEDAGOGICAL STAFF: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract

This article analyzes the legal foundations of concluding, modifying, and terminating employment contracts of pedagogical staff using a comparative methodology. The study examines the current labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan alongside international experience, particularly the models of Germany, Finland, and Kazakhstan. Based on the research findings, the necessity of improving the regulatory and legal framework governing pedagogical labor relations, as well as strengthening mechanisms for protecting employees' rights, is scientifically substantiated.
