THE PLACE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF THE LAW OF OBLIGATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF CIVIL LAW
Aminkhodja Jamolov ,Abstract
This article analyzes the place and significance of the law of obligations in the system of civil law, its fundamental role, and functions in regulating economic relations under market economy conditions. The author examines the development trends of the institute of the law of obligations and proposes scientific recommendations for improving national legislation.
