Abstract

The article presents the situation of youth in the early years of independence.The study of youth employment has been important in all periods of human history. Since the first years of independence, creating jobs for young people and ensuring their employment has been one of the main directions of our state policy. Any research that deals with youth issues is multifaceted. The solution of these problems requires the interaction of practitioners and theoretical specialists in the field of local and state administration, sociology, social work, pedagogy.This article focuses on the processes of youth employment, their origin, and the work done.
