PROCESSES OF THE RECONSTRUCTION OF LABOR VALUES AND THE SOCIAL MOTIVATION SYSTEM IN THE DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT
Golib Ravshanovich Tulishov ,Abstract
This article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the processes of restructuring labor values and the social motivation system in the context of digital transformation. It examines the changes in the nature of work, attitudes toward labor, and motivational factors resulting from the development of digital technologies, remote work, the platform economy, and artificial intelligence. The study also analyzes the emergence of a new work culture, the transformation of professional identity, and the significance of human capital in the digital environment. The findings demonstrate that the digital environment contributes to a new interpretation of labor values, expands opportunities for individual self-realization, and promotes the modernization of social motivation mechanisms.
