TRANSFORMATION OF CIVIL LAW OBJECTS IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ISSUES
Marapat Abdukhalikovna Akaeva ,Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive theoretical and practical analysis of the transformation of civil law objects in the context of the digital economy. The study examines how the traditional system of civil law objects is evolving under the influence of digital technologies, leading to the emergence of new legal objects, including crypto-assets, tokens, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), digital rights, data sets, and smart contracts. It also analyzes scholarly approaches to the legal nature of digital objects, the experience of foreign countries, and the existing gaps in national legislation. The findings demonstrate that the system of civil law objects is transitioning from a traditional model to a hybrid model that incorporates both tangible and digital objects. Based on these findings, proposals are developed for improving the national legal system.
