In this article, the concept of participation in crime, its characteristics and level of social danger, the description of crimes committed in participation, and problematic situations regarding the question of responsibility for participation in crime were studied and analyzed on the basis of foreign experience. Also, suggestions on improving the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan were developed.
